Moran’s Homestore was founded by husband and wife team Kieron and Claire Moran. Both Kieron and Claire trained in catering at DIT Cathal Brugha Street and over the last two decades worked across Ireland in some of the country’s best – and in some of the country’s worst hotels and catering establishments. When the couple moved to Galway they found a hotel that allowed Kieron to perfect his style of cookery. Making everything fresh – from chips to the beautiful jams, chutneys & relishes, Kieron developed the values and recipes that would later form the cornerstone of Moran’s Homestore. The products in Moran’s Homestore are made from only fresh, locally sourced ingredients, handmade to the same perfected recipes, and sold from Kieron and Claires homestore in Cavan.
