“The Sky & The Ground” – South Main Social showcasing the best original musicians from Wexford and beyond. Exclusive festival beers on tap all weekend.

Friday May 27th @ 7pm (Confirmed – Limited availability so book now)
“A Taste of Burgundy”, in La Marine Bistro at Kelly’s Hotel Rosslare.  All proceeds in aid of windmill therapeutic. Enjoy an open Burgundy wine tasting followed by a special dinner with complementing wines – €70 per personEvery euro and cent from the dinner will go directly to Windmill’s New Garden Project. WINDMILL THERAPEUTIC CENTRE – New Garden Project is located on Larkins Lane, South Main Street.  Windmill creates a safe environment which is conclusive to achieving the best possible training programme meeting social needs of those adults in our community with mild/moderate intellectual disabilities. The new garden will create a vital addition in achieving these objectives.  The space for the new garden has been kindly provided by the Pettitt Family. Saturday 28th May @ 12pm – 2pm  (Confirmed – Free Public Access – Limited Availability)
“Feel Good on the Inside”.  The Natural Health Store will host  Aisling & Gav from Moodley Manor in-store where you can taste the 1st Irish made Vegan Bacon, in addition to their Vegan Savage Sausages and Vegan Boss Burgers, Check them out on for further details.

Saturday 28th May @4.30pm (Confirmed – Free Public Access – Limited Availability)
“Cooking without Waste”. A cooking demonstration at D’lush Café. Eugene, Lee & Siobhan of D’lush Café will be cooking up some delicious dishes during the Wexford Food and Wine Festival, demonstrating how to cook ‘waste-less’ and getting the most out of food by using every bit of their ingredients.  As they cook only with local, fresh and high quality produce, be prepared for an outstanding demonstration. Learn how to reduce your own food waste without sacrificing taste and quality. This Cooking Demonstration is in conjunction with Voice of Irish Concern for the Environment’s ‘Food Rescue’, a food waste prevention public awareness event. Saturday May 28th & Sunday May 29th @ 10am – 6pm in Selskar and South Main Street (Confirmed – Free Public Access)
“Free Open air Food Producers Market”. Selskar Square & South Main Street in the heart of Wexford town will host an outdoor food producers market featuring local & regional and Welsh artisan producers. Food producers and growers will display fresh produce ranging from breads, cakes, ice cream, seasonal fruit including Wexford’s famed strawberries, eggs, cheese meat and much more! To add to the festival atmosphere a tasty side helping of family entertainment will also be provided.

Saturday May 28th & Sunday May 29th in Greenacres (Confirmed – Free Public Access)
“Ask the Winemaker”. Two Australian wine makers, Rod McDonald of Rod McDonald Wines & Justin Jarrett  of See Saw Wines, will be in-store answering all your questions as well as sampling some little delights!
“A Foodies Paradise”. In-store sampling and demonstrations by Mr Jeffares, Killowen Farm, O’Neill’s Dry Cure Bacon Co., Bean & Goose Chocolate, Cooleeney Cheese and Greenacres Bakery.
“Bottoms Up”. Talk to Wexford’s very own “Clever Man” as well as the fantastic High Bank Gin & Cider from Kilkenny.

Saturday May 28th & Sunday May 29th @ 12 Noon (Confirmed)
“Guided Foraging”. This fantastic Guided Foraging excursion is by Blackstairs Eco Trails will take place at 12 noon on Saturday 28th May 2016 & at 12 noon on Sunday 29th May 2016. Meeting at the Public Car Park, The Raven, Curracloe. Wear appropriate clothing. Children Under 12 Free. Cost €10 PP. Free Food Tastings and Recipes. Trips last 90 minutes.

“The Sky & The Ground” – Welsh Craft Beer, Whiskey and Cheese Pairing Event (7pm). Exclusive festival beers on tap all weekend.

Sunday 29th May @ 2pm and onwards (Confirmed)
“Simon Lambert & Sons” – “Mashing In”: Meet with Invited Brewers from all over Ireland. Retro Game Tournament (2pm – 4pm). Birthday Bash – Celebrating 51 Years in Business and YellowBelly Beer’s 1st Birthday (4pm). Live Music (5pm – 7pm). Outdoor Festival Bar with YellowBelly Beer.
“The Sky & The Ground” – Blackwater Distillery ‘Wexford Strawberry Gin’ Launch. Irish Whiskey Tasting Event (4pm). Live Music (7pm – 9pm). Exclusive festival beers on tap all weekend.
